His�%A0foster mom is working with him on his house manners. Ziggy is currently being fostered in the La area�%A0but, can be easlisy transported to Northern Ca prior to adoption. This is Ziggy's story! Can you beleive�%A0he�%A0was abandoned near a wash in Southern Ca with no food or water and one of �%A0our amazing�%A0fellow dog rescuer's was able to trap him�%A0and bring him to safety.
