About Steeler

Very loving energetic and protective male pit bull. He was raised around my kids and never hurt one but as he gets older he is getting my re and more grumpy. He does not respond well to any aggressive punishment. He also responds badly to guns of any kind including water guns. My elderly mother recently tried to shoot him with a water gun against my advice trying to get him to go downstairs on our first day in a new house and he bit her and she is afraid of him now and she lives with me. My grand kids love him but Im afraid he doesn't have the patience for them anymore. I worry he might snap at them if they pull his ear or step on his tail by accident ���z. Please help us find a home for him. Preferably a single male or female. He is a great companion, and will greet you with the energy of a puppy each time you return home. He loves walks... sometimes you have to put a muzzle on him if there are a lot of other dogs unfortunately because he is so animal aggressive. Also he will hump your company to assert his dominance when he first meets them but I have a trick for that I can show you. Your welcome to come meet him a few times if you like first. I just want him to have a loving home. This dog has been a part of our family for years. He even protected my son from another dog once. He is an amazing animal who sometimes acts a little human. He even smiles at you... although it scares people who do to is he is smiling because of his teeth.
