About Shadow

Shadow is a wonderful dog. She was originally an owner surrender whose family had 3 yr old twins and mom just couldn't handle kids and a dog. So she became a sweet soul! But then she and my son fell in love and she has been living with him now for awhile. However he is leaving for the military soon and we felt it was best to go ahead and get Shadow in a home so she and her new family could enjoy the summer together! Shadow is about 60# and walks great on the leash, loves to ride in the car, loves to hike, enjoys most other dogs but loves her person or family best! She is shy and unsure at first but accepts fairly quickly especially if you have food! Shadow is housebroken and loves sleeping in especially in the bed with you! Shadow would love an active home with someone home that will include her in their daily activities! She likes toys but actually prefers to be outdoors with you! Shadow will make someone a great friend!! My son is heartbroken but we have to do what is best for Shadow! Shadow I believe turns 2 yrs old in July!
