About Mia

Everyone meet Mia. She is 8 years old and a real beauty. She came to us because she couldn't adapt to her owner's new family with children and then when they had a new baby it was too much for her. She is very active at her age and she loves to be outside and run in the backyard. She is very sweet and loves her humans completely and because of that she does suffer from some separation anxiety. However, she isn't crazy about other dogs. She's not usually aggressive with them and will typically ignore them, but if they get too active around her there can be a flare up of agitation. Therefore we are looking for her to be an only dog where she can lavish in the attention and be the princess she feels she is. Here are the requirements needed to be considered for Mia: * You MUST live in Florida *She needs someone that is home most of the time, retired, work from home, etc. She does have some separation anxiety. *She needs a fenced yard. She loves to be outside and running around. *She prefers to be an only dog. She doesn't like when other dogs bother her or get active around her. *No children under 12 years old, but preferably none at all.
