About Bastian

Just like the hero of The Neverending Story, our Bastian is ready to face whatever adventure comes his way! He's a super friendly, happy-go-lucky 18 month old Kelpie/hound mix who is the perfect size at 30 pounds. He's a friendly, affectionate guy who enjoys the company of humans and other dogs. He's only too happy to give you a big kiss and hug as soon as you meet him! Bastian is excellent with other dogs. Bastian would love a family that will play lots of games with him- fetch is his favorite and of course snuggle with him by the fire on these chilly winter nights! Bastian is a staff favorite and has been at the shelter way too long. He dreams of finding his forever home- is it with you?
