About Sophie

My name is Sophie. I was rescued from a cruelty case where I was almost starved to death. I was rushed to the shelter where I was immediately cared for by staff and sent to a foster home where I can recover from my neglect. Once I was in my foster home, I was allowed to recover in peace and given lots of love, understanding and given plenty of attention. Soon, I was walking, playing and learning to trust people again. I began walking with my foster Mom who really gave me lots of praises and showed me how much fun walking with my humans could be. She allowed me to watch movies on the sofa with them and I was really loving this new life. I started seeing that life had so much fun things to do with my human friends. Now, my fur has grown back and I started gaining weight and know I am ready for a new home and start a new happy life with a family who can give me lots of love and attention. I am housebroken and would make a wonderful companion for any home. I have a great appetite so I like to eat alone and peacefully without any interruptions. I do well with small dogs and don't mind sharing my life with other special 4 legged friends.
