About Emmy

Meet Emmy! She is a gorgeous 3 year old Border Collie (with Husky markings) that is a very loving, affectionate girl who loves to snuggle. We have a hectic house with 2 young children, another smaller dog and a cat(who trys to avoid both dogs) that Emmy is good with. Emmy is a very submissive girl and does have accidents due to a medical condition, that is beyond our capability to care for. She is currently on Proin which helps a little but unfortunately not enough and at this time feel that she would do better in a calmer home. We believe that Emmy would do best with a single person (who she will adore!) or in a smaller family, perhaps on a farm where she could play all day. We want to make sure you would be a good fit for her, we rescued her at 9 months old and do love her, but she needs to be happier and spend less time crated. She is crate trained and does know simple commands, and generally has a good personality. Serious inquiries only and please feel free to ask any questions.
