About Dottie

Very sweet, shy at first. Warms up to women first. Good with 9 year old, can lay all over her. Jumps at every little noise, but does not bark unless someone comes near property. Needs more attention than she can get in current home. Roams free, climbs fence, but does not wander off. Will have accidents in house if left on her own for too long. She doesn't tell you when she has to go out, fear of not being let back in. Will sleep the night in kennel without whining. No problems sharing food or treats with older dog in home. Has issue and will grab smaller dog and growl, when it comes to sharing food. They are not normally together, so we don't know if it just that she is not used to him. Will make perfect companion for someone.
