About Meatball

Adoption Fee: $175
Australian Cattle Dog / American Bulldog
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Hey frens! It me, Meatball aka Mr. Steal Your Girl! My name might be Meatball, but I am the biggest ham in Augusta Dog Adoptions. I love to flirt with everyone who stops by my crate at adoption events; I give them the winningest smile and hold my paw up to let people know that they should under no circumstance stop scratching me. If only I could find my forever home and get some high quality lovings without the stupid crate in the way. Maybe you could take me home and let me snuggle up to you on the couch? I look like a hefty boy, but I'm only around 60 pounds. Some call me the doggie trifecta because I'm great with kids, cats, and other dogs. I love getting the zoomies and racing around the fenced yard with the other dogs at my foster home. Meatball is about to hit them with the double trifecta- I'm crate trained, house trained, and leash trained. Once you get me home and we got our routine down, you're going to be so impressed by what an outstanding doggo I am! If you're looking for an easy going, happy-go-lucky, affectionate companion for your kids, dogs, or cats, you're looking for a hefty serving of Meatball! So get on down to the Waynesboro Petsmart on Saturdays between 10 AM and 2 PM and ask for a serving of Meatball with a side of kisses! Augusta Dog Adoptions is an all volunteer, foster based rescue. We take applications online and hold adoption events at Petsmart in Waynesboro, Va every Saturday. A $175.00 adoption fee ($200 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dentals and major surgeries.
