**SPECIAL NEEDS**3 LEGS** Meet the handsome Jackson! This sweet boy is a 4 year old male Mini Lab mix. He only Weights about 35 lbs and we are not sure what he is mixed with. He is a special needs pup!! He only has 3 legs! When we found him he had an old break that could not be fixed. Due to the pain he had to have his leg amputated. Don't let his disability fool you though, he is still full of energy and gets around just fine!! He also was diagnosed as heartworm positive when we first got him but has been treated and is now Heartworm Free and finally ready to find his forever home! He is super friendly and loves just about everyone and everything he meets. He is good with other dogs but an attention hog who does better in a single dog home. He loves to snuggle and wants to be with you at all times. He still has lots of energy and he loves to romp and play. He never turns down a good belly rub. . Even though he is considered an adult, he still has lots of puppy energy! He loves to play ball and to run around the yard. He would make a great addition to a family with an active lifestyle! He is currently located down South at our sister shelters and available for pre-adoption. We do transports to NJ once a month. He can't wait to find his forever home!
