Sit, stay, come here, give paw, and lay down are among his known commands and with a taste for dog treats I'll bet there's plenty more he'd be happy to learn with the right motivation. His default expression is hang-dog serious but don't be fooled, Bobby likes to run and play as much as the next pup and when he breaks into a smile it's like sunshine breaking through clouds-beautiful and heartwarming. Friendly and affectionate, he greets everyone he sees like a BFF and we're told he lived and played gently with toddlers and even babies in his previous home. Bobby strolls very nicely on leash, seems house trained and sits on command to politely mouth treats from my hand. Given his lanky good looks and eagerness to sniff absolutely everything when out on a walk there must surely be some Hound dog up his family tree and apparently he's got a penchant for chasing cats too so no feline siblings for this guy! Soft and sweet by nature, bilingual Bobby would fit perfectly into almost any home and he can't wait to be back where he belongs, safe in the arms of a loving family.
