About Zeke

Zeke is a super smart, high energy, athletic 2.5 year old German Shepherd. He LOVES learning new things and is extremely intelligent. Zeke's favorite past time are playing with toys, fetching, learning, and spending time with his human. Zeke needs an experienced owner who will challenge his intelligence and keep him busy with training and exercise both physical and mental. Zeke has never met a person he disliked. True to his breed though, he bonds very strongly to his main caretaker and would do best in a home where he can spend most of the time with his human. Zeke will not do well left alone for hours while his person is at work. Zeke is a bit more picky though about four legged companions. He is great with puppies, most female dogs and some males. We can't quite find the pattern as to whom he likes. and it really depends on the other dog's temperament. Zeke does well with dog savvy cats. He's a great dog with a great, friendly smile!
