About Theodore

Pit Bull / Boxer
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

#A5164462 Theodore is a spunky 2-year-old brindle-with-white Pit Bull and Boxer mix who was found as a stray and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on April 4th. Weighing 55 lbs, Theodore is a playful, happy boy who wants to get out there and do things: walk, run, explore, and cuddle! He will be an awesome activity partner for an outdoorsy person or family with older kids. He knows how to walk on a leash, but at least in the shelter environment, he is quite exuberant so we anticipate he will need additional leash training and basic obedience work after adoption. He shows signs of being housebroken. Theodore is social with other dogs. Everything he does, he does with 200% enthusiasm, and his greeting style may be a bit overwhelming for some dogs, but he has a blast with other rowdy players. With his peppy, cheerful attitude, Theodore will be an awesome best buddy in an active household that is eager to provide him with some of the initial training and structure he needs to feel secure and be his best doggy self.
