About Elsa

Elsa, a female mix approximately 1.5 yr old, was rescued by animal control during the Great Sneaux of 2017. She had been left tethered in the freezing rain and snow, so cold she was shivering uncontrollably, with bite wounds around her neck and body. She was lying on the frozen ground with her feet tucked under her body in a futile effort to stay warm. She is now safe in a shelter and off to a better life because someone reported her situation. Remember to always report animal cruelty to local law enforcement. Now that Elsa is on the mend we are looking for an adopter or foster home so she can continue to mend in a loving home. Elsa is good with other dogs, no cats, and because she is very active no small kids.
