About Bonita

Ready for her forever home! Livingston, Tx. Bonita is a 3 year old grumpy girl who loves to lay around and not be bothered by others. While she is not aggressive ('jumpy' is more appropriate), she can get vocal if a dog or human gets too close to her when she is asleep. She is a sweet girl who loves her food. Definitely the alpha female, others step back and allow her the food bowl of her choice; once she is done she moves and the others eat. One of her quirks is that she lays down to eat! Bonita loves car rides and loads well. On sunny mornings, she enjoys laying on the porch watching the birds flutter around. Her foster mom says Bonita chases squirrels and deer, so she would not be good on a farm. Currently heart worm positive (light) Bonita takes monthly hw prevention medicine (slow kill method). She has a flea allergy so it's important to stay up to date on flea medication. She is a big healthy girl who does well with cats and kids and will be spayed in early June. At night, she sleeps in her own bed. Bonita is independent and does not seek attention; she's content just hanging out. A good girl, she does well when left alone, is house trained, and non destructive, so she has free roam of the house.
