andy is an adult, male, German Sheperd that came to Tri-County Rescue when a local sanctuary had closed down. He is estimated at 7-8 years of age. Sandy is a big, handsome, boy who appears to know several basic commands. He enjoys romping in the yard and playing catch with his football, cooling off in the kiddie pool, but most of all he loves to be brushed by the volunteers at the rescue.
