Ralphie is a small teen puppy who has been unable to attract interest. Every time he gets a playmate, his friend is adopted and Ralphie is left behind. Video in Comment 1 shows him reveling in the joy of playing with his most recent yardmate Reggie. {Reggie is another youngster who has experienced the same rejection having come in as a puppy and still here over a year after arrival.} Ralphie has been at the shelter four months and is 7 months old. Cute as a button, very portable and full of playful energy. He is ok with cats though some can scare him. Big dogs can also initially scare him until he feels safe with them. He is well mannered on a leash and walks nicely. Loves to play fetch and as with running, will do so endlessly. he can present as a 'wild child' when viewed in his kennel but once removed and away from the kennels, becomes a calm pup focused on those with him. He does not need much space and in addition to being apartment/motorhome friendly, he would be an ideal travel companion. If Ralphie could be a welcome addition to your life, come visit, take him for a walk and spend some time with him. Adoption fee is $100.
