About Quinn-ADOPTION PENDING

Cavalier / American Eskimo Dog
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Female

The Cavalier King Charles mix is a perfect best friend for those with who are searching for an extremely smart and loyal family dog. These breeds are famous for their great personalities and loving and snuggly ways. The Spaniel breeds have stunning coats that, when healthy with love and great nutrition, will be cottony-soft and matt-free. Quinn's coat has the most gorgeous colors running through it...shades of apricot that are just waiting to shine with a sudsy bath and great care. These sweet Spaniels are known to love being part of a family...so engaging with their beloved people and other family pets. Since they require a certain amount of exercise (like all dogs) and love being with their people...if a walk is the order of the day - count them in! Quinn will truly enjoy cruising the trails and paths of the Colorado mountains...and then crashing on the couch snuggling close to her favorite humans and canines. Quinn is a gorgeous example of her breed mix (so sorry about the sad shelter photo). We've requested a grooming for Quinn and will update photos at that time Quinn's sweet nature is just waiting to be enjoyed and appreciated...she makes playmates everywhere she goes. Once she feels safe and secure. Quinn will be a social girl and that means everyone she meets ultimately may become a friend. You know when a loved one approaches, Quinn's tail starts the greeting and it wiggles up through her entire body ending in a smile. And if your lap is available, up Quinn goes to cuddle and snuggle and let you know the level of her devotion. At 4 months old and 7 lbs (anticipated to be about 12 - 15 lbs once full grown), Quinn seems to have left behind the neglect and lack of love that made up her early life. She has become a fuzzy ball of good-will that loves to please - the happier her family is with her behavior, the more she shines with her accomplishments. We would like to see Quinn in a home that includes her in family time and activities. She would be a wonderful companion for retirees who have the time and desire to be best friends with an adorable young pup. Quinn doesn't require another dog to be happy...but does enjoy her canine relationships with kind and gentle dogs. We've requested that Quinn be spayed prior to her transport to Denver. We're not optimistic that this will occur due to far too few vets in this industrial area of Kansas. If it doesn't, Farfel's will be happy to cover all costs for Quinn's spay and microchip if our Denver vet is used. Quinn will be arriving on transport in Denver on Wednesday 5/30/18. Applications are currently being accepted for this very sweet, fun-loving and loyal best friend. An application can be found at http://farfels.com/farfels-rescue/adoption-form/. If interested, please fill out and submit. **PLEASE NOTE** If you're truly interested in adopting Quinn, please be sure to submit our adoption application. It's the only initial tool that we have to determine a great match for this very deserving dog. We're sorry, but in most circumstances, we're unable to get back to those that don't submit an adoption application. Thanks so much for choosing rescue.
