Mario was captured in a stray dog trap by animal control. Owner never claimed. He is very fearful, but very friendly to young men. Skin issues around base of tail. Health status unknown. Will be euthanized if not rescued. Jennings Animal Control does not have resources or funds to save Mario. No county shelter in Hamilton either. Please help!
