Chow Chow Mix Adult Male Medium Nogales, AZ HEALTH Vaccinations up to date. Meet Baxter 50 Lbs. Baxter was an owner (sounds like a POS) surrender, apparently because he had a minor altercation with another dog...the owner requested he be euthanized, which has caused this very cute, young, possible Shiba inu mix to be RESCUE ONLY....arghhh.
