Otis is a 13 year old Yellow Labrador. Otis came to us as an owner surrender. Sadly, Otis has spent the majority of his life outdoors. But now that he is in his foster home he is inside the majority of the time (except to sunbathe or go potty.) Otis loves to be around his people and sleep on his new dog bed.
