Itsy has found herself an orphan after her owner (my son) joined the army, his girlfriend/fiance broke up while he was in basic training and as a single soldier he will have to live in barracks where pets are not allowed. The girlfriend was keeping the pets, but was evicted, living in her car she abandoned Itsy, her brother cat and brother dog. Itsy is temporarily being cared for by family that unfortunately cannot keep her due to having many pets of their own. Itsy is not use to children. Small children may frighten her. She can be shy at first, may hide up high, under covers or find fresh pile of laundry to curl up on. Once she is use to you and knows who to trust she is a lap kitty, snuggles, purrs and will often stay near your side or in room you are in. Might be best in a home with few pets that is quiet. Her dog brother was a puppy who liked to chase her and she would seek refuge on top of the cat tree. She likes to play, enjoys treats and to be talked too. She is so sweet!!! She is four (image says 2), spayed and healthy. She only wants to eat wet food. Currently in Fenton, Missouri area, I have sisters in Maplewood, MO who can foster for a while.
