5/08/18-0 Lillth is a female Blue Russian and is 2 yrs old and weighs 8 lbs. She has 4 kittens they are 2 days old. Vet care was provided $231.05. Lillith presented today for sneezing and watery eyes. She is febrile on physical exam with severe nasal congestion. She was also dehydrated so subcutaneous fluids were administered to help decrease the fever and help with dehydration. She was also given an injection of PenDex and Cerenia to help decrease the inflammation also the upper airways. She was given her first does of clavamox (oral antibiotics) and the first application Erythromycin eye ointment was applied. Please continue the eye medication and Clavamox as directed and recheck if no improvement in 48 hours. Lillith kitten #1 all grey presented for ocular discharge. She appears to have an infection in both eyes. Apply the erythromycin eye ointment that was prescribed for Lillth (mamma cat) into this kittens eyes and recheck if needed. Will be available 5-08-18.
