Nala was born on March 1, 2013. She was purchased from a breeder and has been with her current family since she was a 12-week old kitten. She has since grown into a stunning, sweet and loving cat. People who know and appreciate the independent, inquisitive, but also often quite sensitive, Bengal nature will understand that this breed needs a very special, attentive and experienced owner. This breed typically will thrive in an interactive, but also calm and stress-free environment. Which brings us to the reason why our organization was contacted by Nala's current owner with the plea to help find this exquisite girl a more tranquil and relaxed home than they can offer her. In her new home, we are looking for a person (or a couple) that doesn't have small children nor are planning on having children (which is the reason for her rehoming). Someone who either has experience with Bengal cats or who has done a lot of research and is willing and able to give Nala the kind of home and environment she needs to thrive in. As is often the case with female Bengals, she needs to be the only feline princess in the house. She is accepting of dogs - smart dogs typically understand that in the hierarchy of life, their status is most certainly below that of a cat. Nala enjoys interactions with her humans when they waive laser pointers and wands around for her to chase. When little Miss Independent feels like it, she will sleep in bed with her people. If you enjoy aesthetically pleasing cats, you value an independent spirit, and you can provide a Zen like atmosphere in your home, Nala might just be the purrfect companion for you. If you would like more information about this stunning girl, please contact Frauke. Nala is located in Sacramento, CA.
