People say they like brindle dogs. But brindles seem to disappear in their kennels and not get noticed. (The data we keep on our video dogs confirms this.) Really informative That's sad, because Langston has definitely come a long way and is ready for his forever home. The volunteers have worked with him and he is a graduate of Ventura County Animal Services Mutt Manners program! This 3 year-old is up for anything. His friend Kristin Folse-Wetzel takes him on excursions to In-N-Out Burger, and then they go to the park to have lunch together. He has also done play group and pack walks. He also happily runs alongside Laura Richmond Williams' bike! Langston got what we thought was a lucky break: he and another dog were adopted by a kind woman who worked in a plant nursery. They were happy and friendly roaming around the large lot every day, but the nursery owner caught Langston eating one of the plants, so back to the shelter he went! Typical comments in Langston's notes: 'He was extra playful in the yard doing zoomies and chasing balls and toys. He is always very friendly...Today he was treat motivated and sat, laid down, and stayed for treats.' Can you give this happy, energetic boy a home? Other dogs okay with proper intros (Langston seems to like the ladies). A home with a yard and nice sidewalks for leash walks (and biking?!) would do just fine. Please share Langston, he's getting overlooked. #EveryShareIsAPrayer Ventura County Animal Services 600 Aviation Way Camarillo, CA 93010 (805) 388-4341
