This is Belle / Weezer. She's an owner-surrender senior Cocker Spaniel. And is if that isn't bad enough, she's malnourished and blind. She's sweet as can be but she's stuck at Bayou Animal Shelter. If anyone out there can help, let me know. If anything, please share around. She's 12-15 yo and needs some TLC. She doesn't deserve to be there.
