[Read About Natural Cancer Care] Dorothy is a 6-8 year old female spayed schnauzer mix. She was rescued from the East county shelter with pyometra and a large mammary mass. The mammary mass has been removed and diagnosed as a low grade carcinoma. Her long term prognosis is expected to be good with no additional therapy beyond surgery recommended. She will need regular monitoring with exams and chest X-rays which will be provided free of charge by IVO to her new family.
