About Maggie

Maggie is a very sweet girl who needs a companion who will give her lots of cuddles and attention! She is best with either no children or OLDER children and with no other house pets. (She would be perfect for livestock if you train her to herd properly, she has been around ponies and goats) She could be housed with younger children if worked with (shes not aggressive with children, she just doesnt like them in her face and grabbing at her constantly!!!) She is happy with any adult. She has lived with other dogs/cats and younger children in the past but she is MUCH better off being the only 'house pet' with older kids. She is house trained. She has anxiety issues because her previous owners before me left her outside all day chained up with no interaction! So sad! She has had much love from us!!! I will be keeping her until she finds the PERFECT home for her needs!! She LOVES LOVES LOVES to cuddle. The best people who she would work well with is someone who is home more times than not, who is patient to her needs (she is a velco dog) and who can either be active with her if you arent home all day or who will have the time to be home and love on her one-on-one. She can be left home alone but still needs a lot of time with you to be happy and the best she can be for your family! She gets very attached to her owners :) she is a good listener and easy to train and has good manners. I can supply you with her favorite things to help her with her anxiety.
