About Hotshot

Hotshot is available for foster or adoption. We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Hotshot is currently fostered in Bradenton, FL (Manatee County). Hotshot is a young chiweenie mix, one of 15 hoarding dogs that were pulled from a shelter in Alabama. He is very perky and prances like a horse. He is a red brindle color and has one prominent white leg in the front. He is very loving, comfortable and personable with people. He is somewhat cautious with larger dogs, but once he knows he will not be hurt he likes to play with all. He can jump 3 feet up onto the porch and has potential as an agility dog. He is fairly new to us but has settled in and is playing with all the dogs big and little. He seems to like stuffed toys. He is crate trained and housebroken. Hotshot will need basic obedience classes, but is very ready for his forever home. he is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative. He will make a great companion dog!
