About Ricco

Ricco is an all around great dog. Have had no issues with his food or toys, he has shown no human aggression, and he does fabulous with the dozen or so female dogs that I have introduced him to. I have only introduced him to a couple of males and there are two that he really doesn't like, and he neutral with the other two. If you have a larger female, he would be easy to transition into your home. He does awesome with children. Ricco was originally surrendered to the shelter in Riverside, Ca by his family because he killed a chicken. So best if you have no live chickens in your life. We rehomed him about a year ago to a single woman and her young daughter and she said he is the best dog she has ever met. She also tells me that he has a natural ability to predict that her daughter was about ready to have an asthma attack. I am no expert, but I think this is the guy that you want if you need a service dog! He is potty trained, crate trained, has house manners, doesn't jump on people and gives you your personal space, but also loves to cuddle and getting belly rubs too. He walks well on a leash, as long as you take the lead on your walk. He knows basic obedience and gives paw too. Ricco won't last long I'm sure! Look how handsome he is!! Who wouldn't want an awesome dog like Ricco? It is estimated that Ricco is about 3 years old.
