About Bella

Miss Bella is a 4 yr old yellow lab. She is a trained hunting dog. She came from Wisconsin and settled in with her family in Rancho Cucamonga. She was raised with 2 boys, the youngest being 6. One afternoon bella was following the boy around and he was holding a food item in his hand, he told Bella no and she jumped for it anyway and bit his arm. The parents exploded. She had to go immediately, they absolutely would not allow a dog to bite their children. Unfortunately Bella paid the price. Bella has been around kids here and is not a danger to children, but since she has what's considered a bite history, it's something I must disclose. This girl isn't a mean dog at all. In fact she's pretty amazing. She loves to fetch, doesn't matter what it is, ball, rope, frisbee. She loves wood branches and sticks, she will happily make you a pile for her own mouthing. She is crate trained, housebroken, walks well on a leash. Barks to alert you if somebody shows up, but otherwise is a quiet girl. She has no food aggression, toy aggression nothing. She does love to chase squirrels, rabbits and lizards. She would love a hunting master or an active family who will play fetch with her and let her swim.
