About S.O.S for Thomas

This boy is in great DANGER!!!!!!!!!!! This is his story from his current parents: 'I am looking for a home for 10 year old Thomas the cat. Thomas was our rescue 10 years ago...a stray Lutz kitten who appeared in our back yard one day when we returned home from a trip. He was alone and hungry, of course. I took him to all creatures and had him checked out...wormed, shots, and a month or so later, had him neutered. I asked at that time if they knew of anyone who wanted a kitten, but it seems that kittens are as difficult to place as cats. No, there never was a home for Thomas...so we kept him, even though we didn't want a pet. NOW, 10 years later, we are ages 70 and 72 and find ourselves moving to a retirement community that has pet restrictions. I have been asking everyone I meet in an attempt to find a home for Thomas to no avail. We are now down to the wire and definitely must find placement for him. He has had continual vet care for 10 years...up to date on all shots. He's on Revolution for fleas, etc. He is fed Science Diet dry food and uses a litter box well...but he is an indoor-outdoor cat who stays around his yard. He often sleeps in the house all day...goes out a little...NEVER spends the NIGHT outside...he stays in the garage with his litter box (es). He's not cuddly...will not be someone's lap/cuddle cat. He is a good guy, though. Healthy. Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, If you would like to save Thomas life please email us ASAP.
