About Chewy

Chewy is a very sweet boy. He has has eye surgery in the past. It helped some but he can't see very well it has gotten better the older he gets. He does have allergies and is allergic to grass and pollen. He constantly licks and scratches himself. Benadryl helps and a good bath. He does have some scabs from his scratching. He likes our other dog and gets along great with my 3 kids and also our cat. He has only ever lived inside. He is a very high maintenance dog that requires a lot if time spent during the summer months keeping him from scratching himself til he bleeds. I can't afford the meds the vet precribed as he needs to take it every day.
