About Canelo

Canelo is a delightful 3 year old who needs a home due to his owner moving and not having enough space to keep him. He is very gentle, sweet, and affectionate unless there is competition for his handler. He is probably best as an only dog, but may be good with kids. He loves giving kisses, will take a mile if you give him an inch. He is good on a leash but is protective of his handler. His eyes will melt you! He is the 'Don-Juan' of Akita Ranch. Canelo is a snuggle...and is prone to kissing and climbing right into your lap. He is loyal and will stay by your side, loves to play, and knows basic commands.
