Rowley A4075015 Hi, my name is ROWLEY. I am a neutered male, black and white Collie - Smooth mix. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 1 month old. I have been at the shelter since Apr 27, 2018. My volunteer friends say i am a goofy fella who is a great dog but needs to be taught some manners so I would do better with much older children. I'm still young and no one has taught me how to behave properly. My volunteer friends still think I am a sweet boy though. I am easy to get in and out of my kennel and walk well on my leash. I enjoy getting petted and playing fetch. Once I get my ball I don't like to give it back, I prefer to prance around and brag about having it. I'm a fairly calm guy but I still like to have fun.
