About Ferguson

Ferguson is a 2 year old cairn terrier mix who is looking for his loving forever home. Ferguson came to the rescue with a younger puppy when his family had to move and they could not go with. Ferguson does well with other dogs, but would also be fine being the only dog in his home. Ferguson is a shy boy who is leery of strangers when first meeting them. Ferguson will need a home with only older, mature children and will need some time and patience to warm up and get comfortable with his new family. He rides well in the car, so once he learns to trust his family he will join you on adventures. Ferguson will likely need house training in his new home, so his family will need to be patient while he learns. Ferguson likes to play and would love a box of toys to play with in his new home. Ferguson is full grown and weighs 15 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and vet checked. His adoption fee is $220. His adoption includes a free vet visit as well as 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him, please come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm.
