About Hunter

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] Hunter is a beautiful 6-year-old male Chocolate Lab. He is about 90 pounds of pure love, energy, and kisses. He is up-to-date on vaccines, and has been neutered. He loves all people, and attention. He is house trained, and listens to basic commands. He has lived with other dogs with no issues, and currently lives with small children with no issues. He lets them crawl over him and make loud noises without a care. He really is a great dog. Raising two young children while working full time has limited the amount of time we have to dedicate solely to him. We really just want him to be loved, well cared for, exercised and played with. We have also been dealing with the onset of his recent seizure (epilepsy) diagnosis last September. The seizure is very quick and comes on without warning. He comes out of it slightly confused and wanting love. He has just recently started anti- seizure medication that he must take twice a day for the rest of his life to help reduce the occurrence. The prescription can be filled at any pharmacy, and costs $13 a month. We just really want to find a loving caretaker(s) who can fully give him the attention that he deserves. I think he would do best in a home with a back yard to play in, but he is an inside dog.
