Handsome, sassy little Pedro came to RUFF Rescue as a very overweight little Chihuahua. When he came to rescue he weighed 16 1/2 pounds. Since being in rescue and eating properly and swimming he has lost a pound. Pedro continues to enjoy life and interact with other doggies in his foster home.
