About Marley

Meet Marley (and Maverick). Marley is an adorable yorkshire terrier/silky terrier mix. She is 11 months old and weighs a skinny 10 lbs. She and Maverick are bonded littermates and would like to be adopted together. UPDATED BIO 05/12/2018: Marley and her brother Maverick are two sweet, sweet puppies who were surrendered to United Yorkie Rescue because their dad was very sick and unable to care for them. They love each other very much and would love to be adopted together. Marley is a sweet girl that enjoys playing with her brother Maverick. She is still a bit on the thin side but has a good appetite and will fill out soon enough. She is a little shy of people at first and will hide behind Maverick when confronted with a new situation/person, but eventually warms up to be a very loving pup. It appears that Marley is currently very dependent on her brother Maverick as he provides her with a sense of security. They are still young puppies and this may change as they both become more confident and comfortable in their surroundings. Marley is a very smart girl and is pee-pee-pad trained and does very well with it. Foster mom says that Marley and Maverick have been a pleasure to foster, and knows that they will make some lucky family very happy. Marley is fully vetted and ready to be adopted along with her brother Maverick. They are littermates and have always been together. They are truly a bonded pair and there isn't any indication in the foster home that this will change. Can you find it in your heart to adopt sweet Marley and Maverick?
