About Ambrosia

Ambrosia is an approximately 1.5-2 yr old chihuahua mix who weighs about 8 lbs. She is super active and agile - we think she might have been a monkey in her past life! Ever thought about doing agility training? She would be an amazing dog! She does well with her potty training and crate training, she is quiet in the home and loves playing with the other dogs in her foster home. As active as she is, she also just loves to cuddle up with you when you are watching tv or sleeping- she will be right by your side. In fact- she likes to follow you around wherever you go. She needs a family that understands she can be an escape artist and she is fast, so we will be particular about her new home to ensure her safety. We have noticed that she can be a little possessive of her food around other dogs, so feeding in her crate is recommended. Ambrosia's adoption donation of $250 helps cover the cost of her care.
