About Poppy

Poppy's mom was a purebred Miniature Dachshund, and his dad was a Mini Dachshund mix. We're told there was a Basenji somewhere behind him, but he looks more like a miniature Vizsla to us! Whatever his family history, Poppy is the most cuddly little guy you could ever want to meet. He has the most expressive eyes, softest ears, and reddest coat you'll ever see. He's been home raised, and is in foster care with both doggy and kitty friends he plays very well with. He is a smart little guy, comes when he's called, and pottys either outside or on his potty pad. He's still teething a little but has very good house manners and will 'put it down' if instructed. He's being healthfully raised on a raw diet that we will want you to continue in his best interest.
