About Paloma

Paloma is a 4 year old pure bred Aussie....she is a sweet, smart, loyal, playful , great companion dog to the person or family who has no other dogs. She is a typically energetic Aussie, but her favorite thing in the world is to be by her person's side, watching everything they do and being your best friend. She is fine with both men and women, and would do well in a household with older children. She's crate and obedience trained, spayed, up to date on her vaccines. She loves to play ball and swim. Because she comes from a farm she is used to having lots of freedom to roam, but given regular walks and playtime she would adapt to a smaller yard as long as she has her people around and gets regular exercise. She doesn't have separation anxiety, isn't destructive if left alone, but she is happiest with her people around her. She is currently on an anti anxiety medication which can be tapered off when she is an only dog and not competing for your attention with other dogs. She also has a skin condition called discoid lupus on her nose which is treated with sunscreen and topical medications, usually over the counter. It is not contagious and will not affect any other part of her body. She will be so happy to be be your loyal loving companion!
