About Niko

ntroducing Niko a 1-year-old Pit Bull mix. Niko is a social butterfly with a lot of energy! This little guy lives to play fetch and is looking for a home who would love to throw the ball for him and give him plenty of exercise opportunities. Niko is a very intelligent dog who has incredible drive and could learn anything that you would want to teach him. He already has some skills on board including 'sit' and 'drop it.' Niko enjoys other dogs his size and will do best in a home with another dog that matches his exuberance for play! No cats or small dogs for this guy though. Niko's favorite things to do are (of course) play with his ball and love on people! Niko does need some manners with walking on a leash but does really well using his Easy Walk Harness. Niko has become a champion walker when he has his back pack on and loves to work! Niko is a vibrant little fellow who would love to find a family that will help him grown into a wonderful canine citizen! A fenced yard for Niko would be a wonderful benefit too, but is not required.
