About Oreo

This cutie pie is Oreo! Oreo is about 12-13 weeks old, she has a beautiful brindle and white soft coat and look at that face! Priceless!! Oreo is a Coconut Retriever (local mixed island dog) from St Maarten. Saint Maarten is a beautiful island, but life can be difficult for dogs especially now after the hurricanes. Fresh water is hard to find as well as food. Oreo was found walking around the island and a nice person took her to the shelter. The shelter volunteers took good care of Oreo until she was old enough to fly to NJ to live in a foster home. Oreo's foster mom say�'�|.'Oreo is just so sweet and she is a Princess!! She loves to be the center of attention and give everyone puppy kisses! Oreo isn't interest much in toys, she is interested in people...she loves hanging out with people and children and other dogs Anywhere you are, she is happy to be there! When this cuddle bug and when we are watching TV, she will climb in my lap or my daughter's laps and fall asleep. She is so adorable! Oreo sleeps through the night without having accidents and she is house trained. She is also learning to walk on the leash and enjoys going for daily walks everyday with my dogs. She is sweet, fun puppy!' Please note, the breeds on the island are different than in the US. So we can't tell for sure what breed Oreo is, but what we do know is she 100% sweetness. The breed and age of this pet is listed as is our best guess. We have no background info on who the mom and dad are. We do not have a shelter facility you can visit.
