About Dudley Dreamsicle

Dudley is a sweet old cat who had been living in my neighborhood for at least 4 years, he was always standoffish and not friendly til last summer. We slowly became friends and it became clear in January of this year that he was in need of vet care. I took him into my home in an extra room and raised money for his vet care on instagram. He turned out to be FIV+, was anemic and very underweight and needed to be neutered and get dental work. Also he really blossomed in the safety of being indoors! He is purry and cuddly, loves being brushed, loves eating and has so far liked everyone he has met. He may even like dogs but I am not certain. FIV is a very slow progressing virus, and cats live long lives with it, he doesn't have teeth so he cannot spread it to another cat!
