Mulligan is a sweet 2 year old pup who has been at the shelter for a couple of months. He knows sit, take streats and allows petting. He could be dog friendly. He has done ok in playgroup settings. We recommend maybe on dog his size for him. or an only dog situation. His behavior is not goo don't the kennel, once he gets away from the barking he is much better. He does try to play tug-a-war with the leash, so it would be hard to walk him for a little while, but I have gotten animals out and that behavior can be changed sometimes very quickly away from all the noise and excitement. MULLIGAN DESERVES TO LIVE ON. We do not recommend kids under 12.
