About Cassie

Hello! My name is Cassiopeia, but my friends call me Cassie. I am a very special girl according to my foster mom. She says that because I had a very high fever a while back, that now I get a little confused and sometimes wander around aimlessly and lose my balance. I can also get confused about where to potty, so I have to be kept on a very strict schedule so I don't make messes in the house. My balance problems don't keep me from enjoying life. I know my name, and come when I am called. I have learned how to go outside through the door at my foster home all by myself, and I enjoy doing my roomba imitation around the yard. Some of my favorite things are getting petted, chasing you in the yard when you run, and nibbling on your toes if you don't pay attention to me. I also love green beans for a snack before bed and soft blankets in my crate. I don't like to be brushed or groomed, and I don't like to be held too tightly or for too long. Because of my special needs, a home without children under 10 would be best, and I need a family who will understand if I have accidents sometimes. I really do try to make sure to do my business outside, but I occasionally forget where I am. Foster mom is trying diapers on me to see if they will help me when I get confused about not being outside.
