About Millie

Millie is an approx one year old Doberman mix (shhh, don't tell her about the mix part!). She has lived all of her life confined to small spaces and with limited experience with people so she is fearful and shy, but not at all aggressive. She is doing well in foster care, and starting to learn about the world beyond her crate. She needs a quiet home to keep that growth going, and it would be terrific to have an easygoing, confident dog companion to lead the way for her. She gets along with cats, dogs and horses. She is small at approx 50 lbs., and looks all dobe, except for that small stature, and a slightly thicker, longer coat than a typical doberman. She's very cute, and very sweet - loves her crate, and is looking forward to finding a forever home that will encourage her in a positive, slow manner and celebrate her baby steps!
