About Boots

Greetings! I am in Cookeville, TN / Putnam County, Tennessee. My name is Sir Francis Eleanor Boots but call me Mr. Boots. I was born in May of 2011 which makes me 8 years old this year. They say I am a blue point applehead Siamese with ice blue eyes. I have lived my entire life indoors with my current family. My person had to move away and could not take me, therefore leaving me with grandma. She is a good grandma, but in the past year she has been sick a lot and isn't able to spend much time with me. I guess I'm just being selfish, but it makes me mad sometimes, and sometimes I take it out on a couple of the other kitties. (I have never been abused, but I do feel pretty neglected the past year or so. I just get sad & lonely too much.) I don't like change, and there has been a lot of change in the last year. My grandma realizes it would be best for me (and her) if I could find a new person who would love me and spend tlc quality time with me. They say I can be kind of emotional and needy. I need a stable and routine environment and a cat savvy person who will give me time to adjust and not force anything, someone who cares about 'cat psychology' and is always interested & open to learning more ... like from Pam Johnson-Bennett or Jackson Galaxy. I need someone who will be gentle, kind, and patient with me, who truly wants to understand me and bond with me. I love treats and will sit up on my haunches and beg for them! I have been neutered and had all of my annual vaccinations as well as flea prevention treatment. My family wants me to have a really good home and would love to occasionally get updates and see pictures of me! Are you the one for me? ... and me for you? I want a special companion purrson to call my very own for the rest of my life. (update: I was adopted in 2018 by a wonderful lady. tragically, she has been diagnosed with lung cancer, is not doing well, and must find homes for all her cats, including me. so, sadly, I am looking for a home again. could it be you?)
