About Charlie

If Charlie could talk he could easily write a book on his hardship and adventures on the streets of Puerto Rico after having been displaced by Hurricane Maria. He roamed the streets for almost 7 months!!! And he survived. He and his girlfriend Molly (also rescued by FCCR) were brought to the states by FCCR and now have been vetted and available for adoption to that special home where he will be loved unconditionally and forever. Charlie is about 8 years old and a happy-go- lucky guy who loves to play with toys, cuddle at night, and go for walks any time of day. We suspect Charlie is hard of hearing BUT that doesn't affect his interactions one bit! This sweet and handsome boy is house trained, and crate trained and all he needs is that special family to call his own.
